Who should pursue therapy?

Therapy and counseling services offered are open to individuals, couples, families and children ages 4 to 18 years old. Traditional and non-traditional families and couples are welcome. The facilities are accessible to differently-abled persons.

How long does it take?

The length of time people are "in counseling" varies greatly due to many factors such as the issues being addressed, motivation, frequency of appointments, and life events. Some folks access services for a number of months and others for a longer period of time.

Cost

Janet is not an insurance provider and uses a "sliding scale". This means, what people pay for therapy is based on their income. Fees range from $60 to $140 per 50 minute session. Janet will assist clients who have insurance coverage with the appropriate paperwork.
